The fact of booking a stay implies full acceptance of our General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Internal Regulations of Camping Kerisole. In order to benefit from the services offered by Camping Kerisole, we ask you to carefully read the General Terms and Conditions of Sale below. These conditions govern the sale of stays and are valid at the time the order is placed.
RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS
Reservations are made on site, by phone, email or internet on the website http://camping-kerisole.fr/. All reservations must be accompanied by a payment including:
The reservation becomes effective only with the agreement of Camping Kerisole, after receipt of the deposit and acceptance of the general conditions of sale when booking online.
The deposit corresponding to: 30% of the total price of your rental and any additional services.
THE BALANCE OF THE STAY is to be paid 30 days before the date of arrival. No deduction will be made in case of late arrival or early departure.
Upon arrival, all tenants must pay the balance of their stay (for all reservations less than one month before arrival, the entire stay will be requested) and go to the reception desk, with their booking confirmation and be given the number of their pitch or the keys of their accommodation.
Only one vehicle is allowed on the rental sites. Similarly, no canvas structure will be accepted on the pitches of rental accommodation, in addition to sleeping or extra sleeping.< / p>
In case of late arrival or early departure, in camping pitch as in rental accommodation, no discount will be granted, the stay will be charged until the end of the contractual date.
Pitch or accommodation rentals will become available again, in the absence of information from the campsite, the day after the scheduled arrival date. Any unused service will not be refunded.
The responsibility of the Kerisole Camping Management will not be engaged in case of damage or theft of personal effects both in rental accommodation and on camping pitches or car parks, insofar as these facts are not attributable to it. It will be the same for fortuitous cases of force majeure or nuisance disturbing, interrupting, or preventing the stay.< / p>
We remind you that children are under the responsibility of their parents or legal guardians and must therefore remain under their supervision throughout the stay, including on playgrounds.
The Customer must check that he has taken out comprehensive and civil liability insurance.
In the event of non-payment of the deposit on booking or the balance no later than 30 days before the date of the beginning of the stay by the customer, Camping Kerisole reserves the right to cancel the reservation and reoffer the accommodation for rent.
In accordance with Article L.121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, we inform you that the provision of accommodation services, which must be provided on a specific date or period, are not subject to the right of withdrawal of 14 days.
Reservations are only binding on Camping Kerisole if Camping Kerisole has accepted them, which Camping Kerisole is free to do or refuse, depending on availability, and in general, any circumstances likely to affect the execution of the reservation made. Camping Kerisole offers family holidays, in the traditional sense, the accommodations are specially designed for this purpose. Camping Kerisole reserves the right to refuse any reservation that would be contrary to this principle, or that would seek to divert it.
The reservation of a campsite or rental is made on a strictly personal basis. You may not under any circumstances sublet or assign your reservation without the prior consent of the village.
Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
The basic package includes the pitch for the mobile home, chalet, tent, caravan or motorhome for 1 or 2 people, access to sanitary facilities and reception facilities.
Camping Kerisole offers booking fees on rentals and pitches bare.
GROUPS
Camping Kerisole reserves the right to refuse access to the campsite to groups or families arriving with a number of participants greater than the capacity of the rented accommodation.
Any reservation of more than 3 accommodations and/or pitches by the same natural person or by different natural persons but knowing each other and moving together for the same reasons on the same dates of stay is considered as a group. The accommodation and/or pitches offered on the website are addressed exclusively to individual customers. For any group booking request, you must contact Camping Kerisole by e-mail. Camping Kerisole reserves the right to study the reservation request before acceptance or refusal of it.
HOUSING CAPACITY
One dwelling is provided for a specified number of occupants. Under no circumstances can it be occupied by a larger number of people (including children and babies). In the latter case, the campsite manager is entitled to refuse any additional person.
Minors who are not accompanied by their parents or legal guardians may not be admitted.
HOUSING CHARACTERISTICS
The plans and photos of the accommodations are given for illustrative purposes. The layout and characteristics of the parts may vary from model to model.
It is advisable to refer to the written description of the development available on the sections “Our rentals” and “Our pitches” of the page of the campsite concerned on the site http://camping-kerisole.fr/ in order to know the exact composition of each accommodation.
TARIFS
The rates or information published on our website http://camping-kerisole.fr/ are the basic rates that do not include optional services (non-contractual texts and photos). The price agreed at the time of booking includes the VAT in force. The contractual price may be subject to change within the legal and regulatory limits, when there are variations in the applicable VAT rates, between the date of booking and the date of payment of the balance.
Prices shown are valid for the 2022 season and may vary during the season.
Partner benefits and promotions cannot be applied to a booking that has already been paid for in whole or in part.
TOURIST TAX
The tourist tax is clearly displayed on the invoice. Tourist taxes vary according to the municipalities and countries. The tourist tax is collected on behalf of the municipalities and may be increased by an additional departmental tax. The cost of the tourist tax will be likely to change during the year and may, therefore, impact upwards or downwards the total amount of the stay.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A deposit of 210€ is required on arrival. A second deposit of 85 € is requested and cashed in the event that the rental is not returned in perfect state of cleanliness at the end of the stay, the cleaning being the responsibility of the tenant.< / p>
The entire deposit will be returned to you no later than 10 days after your departure if the accommodation is returned clean, minus the compensation retained for any damage caused, unpaid services, loss of keys given upon arrival.
FINISH
If the obligation of a “sanitary pass” is required by the government of the country of the campsite on the dates of the stay booked, all participants in the stay, subject to this obligation, must present a valid “sanitary pass” on arrival to be able to enter the campsite.
Arrival is between 4pm and 6pm, departures between 8am and 10am. Other schedules can be arranged on request.
Arrival on the bare pitches is from 3pm and departures before 11am.
Each rental contains all kitchen and table equipment as well as bedding and cleaning products. The tenant must bring pillows, blankets, duvets, pillowcases, fitted sheets, flat sheets or duvet covers, towels, kitchen linen. Sheets (complete set) are mandatory in rentals. It is possible to reserve them when subscribing to the rental or to ask at the reception. The equipment of each rental is the subject of an inventory. The tenant is required to check it upon arrival and report any anomaly the same day. The customer is held responsible for any broken or deteriorated object and any damage that may result from or be caused to the facilities. Any breakage, loss or damage made to an object during the stay must be reported in order to ensure the replacement of this object and may possibly be charged.
Any dissatisfaction concerning the state of cleanliness, or the general condition of the rental must be notified no later than 24 hours after arrival, in order to remedy it. No claim will be admissible more than 24 hours after the day of arrival.
STAY
Any camper or visitor is required to respect the internal rules of the campsite, posted at the reception, he is responsible for the disturbances caused by the people who stay with him. Gross non-compliance with the rules of procedure may result in the expulsion of the camper.
It is up to the camper to ensure: the camper is responsible for the surveillance of his personal belongings (bicycles, etc.). Camping Kerisole declines all responsibility in the event of an incident falling under the civil liability of the camper. All guests must comply with the provisions of the house rules. Each tenant in title is responsible for disturbances and nuisances caused by people staying with him or visiting him.
START
Rental accommodation: On the day of departure indicated on your contract, the rental accommodation must be vacated before 10 am. The accommodation will be returned in perfect state of cleanliness, and the inventory can be checked, any broken or deteriorated object will be at your expense, as well as the restoration of the premises if necessary. The deposit will be returned to you at the end of the stay after deduction of the allowances withheld, on supporting invoices, for any damage noted by the inventory of fixtures of exit. The retention of the deposit does not exclude additional compensation in the event that the costs are greater than the amount of the deposit.
Rental accommodation: In the event that the accommodation has not been cleaned before your departure, a cleaning fee of a minimum value of 85 € TTC will be required (plus 44 € TTC per additional hour).< / p>
For any delayed departure, you may be charged an additional day at the night rate in force.
PETS
Pets are accepted (only one cat or one dog per pitch, except dogs of the 1st and 2nd category) for a fee payable at the time of your reservation. When allowed, they must be kept on a leash at all times and their droppings managed by the owner. They are prohibited around swimming pools, in food shops and in buildings. The animal must be tattooed and vaccinated (up-to-date health record requested on arrival). The animal can in no case be left alone on a pitch or in a rental in the absence of its masters.
MODIFICATION, INTERRUPTION AND CANCELLATION OF STAY
It is recalled that pursuant to the provisions of Article L221-28 et seq. of the Consumer Code, none of the services offered by Camping Kerisole is subject to the right of withdrawal. Consequently, any cancellation by the customer after booking and before departure will result in:
In case of cancellation up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, the retention by Camping Kerisole of the deposits paid by the customer;
In case of cancellation from 29 days before the scheduled arrival date, the obligation for the customer to pay the full price of the stay.
Any cancellation of reservation must be made in writing and sent to the campsite by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. The deadlines are calculated on the date of receipt of the letter with AR.
Modification of your reservation
If you have not subscribed to the Freedom option (if offered at the time of booking), you can no longer modify your reservation once it has been validated.
Any request for an increase in the length of your stay will be made according to availability and according to the rates in force.
Any request to reduce the length of your stay is considered a partial cancellation and will be subject to the cancellation and interruption of stay policy.

Cancelling your reservation
For any request to cancel your stay, contact the Kerisole campsite by email or via the contact form. Time limits are calculated on the date of receipt of the request.

COVID-19 – Specific refund conditions:
If you or one of the participants in the stay find yourself in one of the following situations related to COVID-19, the amount of your reservation will be refunded:
You are in a containment zone preventing you from going to the campsite or the border is closed;
The campsite is in a containment zone or is closed by government decision;
One person of the stay tests positive for COVID-19 (on proof).
In order for your stay to be refunded, we invite you to send us your cancellation request no later than the day before the beginning of your stay. Without news from you before this date, the stay is considered validated and the sums remain due.< / p>
Reminder: in case of payment of all or part of your stay with a voucher, the amount refunded can not concern this voucher. However, the latter can be refunded on request 18 months after its issuance, or used for a future booking.
Unused benefits
Any interrupted or abbreviated stay (late arrival, early departure) by you will not give rise to a refund.< / p>
FORMALITIES WHEN CROSSING BORDERS
For stays abroad, each customer must have, depending on the destination, an identity document or a valid passport and/or visa. You are therefore advised to check before your departure their validity for all people who travel, as well as your insurance.
RESPONSIBILITY
Camping Kerisole cannot be held responsible, because of the communication by its partners or by any third party, of photographs for which they have declared to have the rights, false, misleading or erroneous information that would be mentioned in the catalogs or on the sites of the partners, and in particular presentation photos, qualifiers, activities, leisure, services and dates of operation or by any third party false information that would be mentioned in the brochure or the website of Camping Kerisole concerning the reception sites, and in particular presentation photos, qualifiers, activities, leisure, services and dates of operation.
All photos and texts used on the Campsite Kerisole website are non-contractual. They are only indicative.
“Camping Kerisole declines all responsibility in the event of theft, fire, bad weather, damage to property or vehicles… As well as in the event of an accident falling under the civil liability of the customer or another customer.
LITIGATION
If, despite all our desire to fully satisfy you, you have complaints, we ask you to immediately inform the person in charge of the reception on site who will endeavor to provide you with a response, and if necessary to send us, at headquarters, your complaint in writing, by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt within 4 weeks after the end date of your stay. Our customer service will then process your complaint as soon as possible.
In accordance with Article L. 612-1 of the Consumer Code, in the event of a dispute and after informing customer service, any customer of the campsite, subject to Article L.152-2 of the Consumer Code, has the possibility to refer the matter to a consumer mediator, within a maximum period of one year from the date of the written complaint, by LRAR, at Camping Kerisole.
In the event of non-resolution of the dispute, the consumer may seize, in accordance with the provisions of Article R.631-3 of the Consumer Code, either one of the territorially competent courts under the Code of Civil Procedure, or the court of the place where he resided at the time of the conclusion of the contract or the occurrence of the harmful event.
IMAGE
By accepting these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the customer expressly authorizes Camping Kerisole to photograph or film him during his stay and to use on all media the photos, videos or sounds, for a period of 5 years. This authorization also applies to all persons accommodated with the client. Its purpose is to ensure the national and international promotion of Camping Kerisole on its websites, brochures, Facebook, Instagram, commercial presentations or in tourist guides.
INFORMATIQUE ET LIBERTÉ
The information you provide to us when placing your order will not be passed on to any third party. This information will be considered by Camping Kerisole as confidential. They will be used only by the internal services of Camping Kerisole, for the processing of your order and to strengthen and personalize the communication and the offer of services reserved for customers of Camping Kerisole according to your interests. DIVERS
FOR SWIMMING Only briefs and boxers, bikinis and one-piece swimsuits are allowed, as opposed to any other garment.
Wearing the BRACELET is mandatory permanently, if indicated at the reception. It gives access to internal activities and swimming pools, it helps to strengthen control at the entrances and exits of the campsite.
